Level Plot Brief

The level is set in modern day in a remote russian town, where a group of hostile militants have acquired a bio-weapon, which they plan to use it. 

As a member of an elite team, the player is tasked to infiltrate the location and acquire the bio-weapon by any means necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Research the design and layout of “Call of Duty”.
  • Prepare a Level Design Brief.
  • Gather References for the level and work on top-down layout of the map.
  • Blockout the level in unreal engine.
  • Design Combat spaces for the levels.
  • Guide Player through the use of landmarks, layout and lighting.
  • Path choices at certain sections of the level.
  • Balance the pacing and flow of the level.
